I have a suggestion for how to solve this problem. I hope it's not too redundant, that it wasn't the first thing you tried after finding the problem. Copy everything on the card to either the BN's flash disk or another card. You could also use ActiveSync to copy everything on the storage card to the PC. Then reformat the card with the PC, using FAT16 or FAT, not FAT32.

RM# 9742 for BrailleNote Here's another odd problem for your files. After using the storage cards in the Braille Note, the card reader (i. e. the computer itself) refuses to read the cards. It is not the fault of the card reader because it reads other storage cards fine. But any card used in the Braille note it refuses to read. Any ideas on how to remedy this situation?
