Hi Bob, I know Don has already replied here. Yes, the passwords that Ann mentioned are part of the mailman software. However, we have disabled these reminders on most of our email lists. However, if there are enough people who would like to see monthly reminders enabled, I'm quite happy to do that. There would need to be a significant number of people who wanted these though, as they are seen as a hassle by many.
