I never change text to word within a keymail document if it was written in KeyWord in Braille. Now, if I write a document in word or plain text (I do this all the time with Math) then I will go into computer Braille (backspace with J I think) and then do a block command (space with b) and insert (i) and then go to the drive, folder, and then select the name of the file. Then I can email it.

Hoping to be helpful, just before sending it, I formatted it into WORD. She reported that the text was very ragged, fragmented, and unprofessional looking. Am I correct in assuming that I shouldn't have changed the format on the fly? Please tell me which procedure to follow next time. As always, mega thanks in advance! > > > Diane Kelker, Actress, Coach, Former Child > > > ___ > To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit > http://list.pulsedata.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote > > >
