Riana,

I followed the directions from the manual to create a new template for the
address list and have successfully gotten all the information into a word
processing document. Thanks so much for the suggestion you sent,.

Charles, in the address list menu there are options to either emboss or
print address list records. If you set your printer setup options to
print to a file, you can have a text document. To do so, choose f from
within the said setup. Your selected records/address list will be
printed to the print to file dot txt file in the none folder on the
keysoft system disk. Just save that file to a different location like
the cf card and it will be best to rename it relevantly, because the
file on your keysoft system disk will be replaced every time you print
to a file and deleted if you have to do a dot 456 reset.

If you want a Braille file, you can probably emboss instead of print to
a file, but I haven't tested that yet.

Just remember to change your printer setup option back if you want to
print to a printer afterwards.

Regards
Riana
