yes you can center every line, do a find and replace, then search for new line indicator, then replace it with new line center!

I would suggest formatting this document on the PC. The format menu in
the BrailleNote provides for centering a line of text, but not the whole
page. Again, read Chapter 7 on advanced word processing.
