I would like to add that I wish PDI offered some earphones which are more comfortable than those awful earbuds! And I wish they'd jack up the volume so one could use any stereo earphones, even the Walkman type and the old-fashioned heavy padded ones! The current earphones are killers and I don't use mine at all!
I could use any kind of earphones with my Keynote Companion, but not with the BN or VN! Comfort should be the top priority for any earphones! Terri Pannett, Amateur Radio call sign KF6CA.
