I'd suggest selecting four records to go into the "To" field, then exitting,
then moving to the "CC" field (the Copy To field), looking up your records,
selecting four more records for this field, exitting, moving to the "BCC" (the
Blind Copy To field), and repeating the procedure to select the other three
records. That should work, and sorry for the inconvenience with your first
trial. I tried six records in the "To" field and five in the "CC" before the
4/4/3 combination that I wrote above, and the 6/5 didn't work, although the
4/4/3 did. I've placed 5 records in the "To" field and 4 in the "CC" field
before, and that has worked. I'm not sure what the maximum total number of
names is for all three fields, or the number of people per field, or whether
the length of the message matters; I'll have to try some different combinations
out, and see what happens.

HTH,
Maria
