Well, here's the closest solution I could come up with. On all the records you
want to be part of a group, make a common field, such as putting in the same
title for each "Title" field of the records in your group. Then, when writing
an e-mail, at the "Send To?" prompt, press [BACKSPACE with L], [CONTROL with L]
to look up records in KeyList. At the "Selection List for Address List"
prompt, scroll down to the field in which you've written the common info for
all in the group, and type in the appropriate info, then press ENTER to
accept. You'll be told how many records were selected and asked if you wish to
send to all selected records; you can answer yes, or answer no, and then browse
through the records with the standard Move by Paragraph commands, pressing
ENTER to select the records you wish. If you answered yes to send to all
records which matched the look up, you'll be returned to the e-mail headers
when all the names and e-mail addresses of the group have been entered, at
which point you can proceed with writing your e-mail; if you answered no, you
have to exit the look up by pressing [SPACE with E], [ESCAPE] after you've
finished selecting, and you will then be returned to the headers to continue
writing the e-mail.

Maria
