I believe the whole topic of the new motherboard came up as strictly wishful
thinking. No one from Pulse Data ever said anything about a new motherboard,
there was just a lot of traffic with people wishing and hoping for a USB port
and a faster processor and things like that. Paul does know what he's talking
about, he never said there would be a new motherboard either, he was just
speculating.

Happy New year!

I've been away from the list for a while, having been bumped off due to a
server glitch and am only now just getting back on to see what's happening.
I haven't heard anything about a new board either, except that none was
planned to coincide with the 6.1 release. After first hearing about Keysoft
6.1, I asked someone at Pulse Data about a new board and was told that PDI
felt that the performance benefits resulting from the installation of the
newer Windows CE and Keysoft 6.1 would be sufficient to tide one over until
the new board was developed and released. This was several months ago, and
perhaps things have changed.

Tom
