Hi, Would canned air work? That sounded like a good suggestion.

I ran a braille display exercise which is supposed to help but it didn't. The dot refuses to come up. Pulsedata does recomend yearly cleaning by professionals (by their company, by they themselves.) I wrote to Rick Hartman and told him and asked him if my SMA would cover it. I'm waiting for his reply. I also wrote to the braillenote list explaining the problem and they recomend that I send it back. That is, people on the email list pertaining to the braillenote. > I know where the braillenote's box is, so when I get some more information and permission to send it back can I pack it in, and walk over to your house so we can send it? I'll need help writing the addresses on the box, and to borrow tape. I'll also need probably to write a brief description of the problem and the request for cleaning and repair of the braille display. People on the mailing list said it didn't take long. I should have it back in a week or so. And it's not like I'm without a notetaker, before I left school I baught a slightly used artic notetaker that runs an operating system similar to dos ---- it has a qwerty keyboard so it's not like I'll be completely without some kind of notetaker. > Josh
