James: Accordint to the folks at Verizon Wireless, that phone won't work with any PDA, but will work with a laptop, & software which Verizon Wireless provides. I have an acquaintance, who has a BN, & works as a programmer for Verizon Wireless, that confirmed this for me. He says the phone does work nicely with a laptop, & that the software is at least accessible there.
When last I conversed with Verizon Wireless, they promised to be looking into making PDA accessibility a reality, for all. Whether they were saying this to get rid of me, or not, is anyone's guess.
