You are taking many more steps than is necessary and that's why I think
"you're going around Robin Hood's barn." This is not meant as a criticism
or put-down, it's an old saying my high school geometry teacher used to
tell
us when we'd take more steps than he thought necessary to solve a problem.
Anyway, I download the books from my PC directly to the CF card. Here are
the steps:
1. Don't open the link of the volumes. Instead, press shift f10.
2. Arrow down to "save target as."
3. At the filename prompt, type e:\books\booknamev01.brf. If you don't
mind
using the NLS book number, you could type e:\books in front of the book
number. In either case, the book will be downloaded directly to the CF
card.
