I don't have a Braille Note of any sort yet, but I do know MSN doesn't 
really have a specific software you need, but the email is Web-based. Does 
the Braille Note support that? If not, it can't be done. Take care.

Hi Sam,

If any ISP requires software as AOL or MSN, it cannot be used with a BN at
the present time.  The BN only works with its own proprietary
software.  She needs a client which doesn't require extra software to
utilize.
