Dean,
I need a clarification. You are saying that Keymail does not support
authentication. However, the Braillenote directory of services record
contains a field entitled SMTP authentication required. I have answered Yes
for my ISP, Earthlink, which uses SMTP server: smtpauth.earthlink.net. I
have no problem receiving or sending e-mail using Keymail and the
Braillenote. Any clarification would be helpful.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger

Hello Stacey,

At this time, KeyMail which is the BrailleNote's email program, does not
support this feature. However, this is a possibility when it comes time to
enhance the email client.

I'll log it in the database when I go back to the office tomorrow to ensure
this suggestion is not forgotten and always there for review by the
Development team.

,jona?an or someone else f pdi can answer this. Does the braille note
product line support pop3 servers that require authintication? I don't even
know what this is, but my isp is going 6start using it.
