Terry, this is for the BT.  On the QT, press FUNCTION with 8 to switch to 
KeyMail from anywhere in KeySoft.  To switch to KeyPlus, press FUNCTION with 5.

Riana, I know you didn't do this intentionally, but the command to switch to 
KeyMail on the BT is BACKSPACE with ENTER with E, not K.
