One other thing to add. If (and only if) you have access to a PC it
might make more sense to save your Keysoft documents as Word documents
and transfer them to your PC for printing. Frankly, I would rather
print from Word because I can take a document that was created on the
Braille Note and do all of the fine tuning that I would like in Word.
And, there are many printers that the Braillenote simply will not
support.

Terry, I think it depends on your needs and your useage patterns. I was
thinking about this last night, trying to work out how long it has been
since I printed or embossed anything. I got a Braille Lite in 1995, and
have had a BrailleNote for the last four years or so. In that time, I
have
not embossed or printed a single thing. If I write speeches I need to
deliver, I deliver them directly from the BrailleNote. If I need to give
someone a document, generally I would e-mail it, or internally, copy it
somewhere on the network. But the point here is that we do offer a
product
range that offers excellent printing and embossing. The PK is not
targeted
at that market, so if printing and embossing from the device is
important
to you, then the PK isn't your answer.
