Me either, but there isn't any other way, so I have to.  I'm hoping to try
getting some web braille and trying my hand at transferring it to the BN to
try to distract myself.  My guide dog doesn't like flying either, so taking
care of her helps to keep me from being nervous.  And if I can read or
listen to some music, I'll be even better.  that and  a nice glass of red
wine.  Or two.  grin.
