Hi Lisa, Yes, you should be able to insert into e-mails. What I meant by "outside of documents" was that, for example, you cannot execute the option from, say, the Main Menu, because the Insert File option won't let you choose what document you want to insert into before selecting the document you want to insert. You can only insert from within the document/e-mail/planner day because you only choose the document which you want to insert when you select the option because the Insert File option will insert into the currently open document/e-mail/planner day. So, from the Main Menu, for example, the option isn't even available. I put the "outside of documents" part in the e-mail because I wasn't sure how far you were getting with the Insert File option before it wouldn't work for you. I thought it was a possibility that you were trying to insert from the outside of the e-mail, so I was just telling you that this cannot be done. HTH.
