Hi, Sharon and List!

Don't try to run the battery down before charging it first. According to the 
manual, and the staff at PDH, you charge it all the way to 100%, then start the 
drain process. The drain should take approximately 17 hours, or so, to 
complete. Then, charge the unit to full charge again. This is how to 
recalibrate. HTH
