Delete the file called "E-Mail Folders.cdb" (without the quotes) in the 
KeyList folder of the Flash Disk.  The database has become corrupted due to 
your having performed a Reset to interrupt the e-mail download process, and 
the data is irretrievable.  When deleting, just hit Y to the confirmation 
prompt, and, unlike what the warning still continues to say, you'll no 
longer delete the contents of the Address List, Directory of Services, and 
E-Mail Folders database because the three databases have been separated 
since vbled of KeySoft.

After you've deleted it, go into the KeyMail Menu>Write an E-Mail option. 
You'll be told the database doesn't exist and asked whether you wish to 
create a new one, so type Y for "Yes" to do so.  You're at the "Send To?" 
prompt, but you can exit KeyMail if you don't wish to do anything with it at 
the moment.
