Dear Riana and others

This attachments, upon checking, was in Microsoft Word, but in the Office 
version.  I think that may have been the problem.  It came up as a Pocket word 
announcement but then said that it couldn't find the device to read it or 
something like that.  I don't know how to switch between messages, otherwise, 
i'd give the exact wording.  I do know that when I opened the attachment in 
Keyword, there was nothing there.

I'm not sure if you can select text from a help message or query message, such 
as the one I received when trying to open this attachment.  If so, I could 
insert the text into a future message for the list.  Otherwise, I'm not sure 
what to do.
