I don't get to specify 32 or 18-cell in the funding application, but if
I get approved, the maximum dollar amount about covers the 18-cell
model. If I want to bump it up after that, then it's my pocket. I'll
have to wait and see how my application goes.
Now for that pipedream, I'll keep smoking. LOL. Just kidding.

Well, Jean, here's what I'd do: I'd go for the 32. Then, if they
won't go that high, you can always get the 18. Believe me, either one
