Sherry, when I installed build 22 last week I had to try three times before it finally worked, and I did nothing different the third time. It sounds like you've already tried numerous times. Give tech support a call, as I think something is rotten somewhere.

Yet, still it goes to that reset with dots 1 2 and 3. I do this and it says to run the installation again. I go through all the steps again, and it goes back to reset with dots 1 2 and 3.
