Josh,
What's burned in to rom? You have to do a reset back to the burned version
of what's in to rom before installing, so she should be okay.

Subject: [Braillenote] Keysoft installation

Hi,

In order to have or install KeySoft 6.1 or 6.11, do you have to have 5.1
either burnt into rom or installed on the flash disk? LuAnn had to delete
her 5.1 due to some database corruption, so I told her how she could go into
activesync and wipe her flash disk very quickly using activesync. I do not
have her 5.1 software and it is no longer available on the website for
download for her serial number, I logged in and checked and she did too and
only her 6.1 key was there. She no longer has 5.1 But her 6.11 I have been
informed is in the mail and on the way to her house. Should she just be
patient and wait until her 6.11 along with the new Windows CE 4.20 rom
image/and keysoft image to arrive so she can install that instead? I'm at a
loss as how to get her 6.1 back. Her software is backed up on my computer's
hard drive and I will not have access to that until September when I go back
to school. Right now my braillenote is my primary computer.

Josh
