Hello Sharon:

To move an attachment from an email, do the following:
1. Navigate to the attachments field on the email which your attachment is,
well, attached to <grin>

2. press enter. Upon hearing/reading the message "detach or read?" hit D to
detach.

3. You will then be prompted that this file is an XLS file, would you like
to translate it to a keyword file. Answer no to this, not only because it is
not possible but because you want to retain the XLS format.

4. Select the compactflash drive, any folder, and give the file a name. This
should do it. You should then be able to remove the card and, using an
adapter or reader of some sort, be able to view it on a PC.

BTW Sharon, your name is still appearing in contracted braille. Be sure to
change it to uncontracted braille by hitting s from the keymail menu,
followed by a for the address list. Select the address list file if it is
not already selected. You should notice that in your name, the SH and AR
signs ar displayed in grade two (meaning dots 1,4,6 and 3,4,5) These appear
incorrectly because you must use grade one in this field. HTh, Laura
