Gayle:

Tell your student to do the following:
1. from the main menu, press f to enter the file manager, followed by d to
get the directory option.
2. Select the flash drive, and the manual folder. Press space with x (read
with x), so that all , including hidden files are displayed.

Your student should find the program they are looking for in this folder. If
they do (let's hope lol), tell them to run that program from the utilities
menu, using the application option. HTH, Laura

Subject: [Braillenote] Unable to Access Braille Note Users Guide

Hello,

I have a student who cannot access the users guide. When asked to enter t
for table of contents or i for index, the Braille Note states "cannot find
file" or something to that affect. I have spoken with tech support and was
told to run the bnb.exe file found in the windows folder of the key soft
system disk, using the application program option under utilities. I
located the file on my BN but could not on the one in question. Could I
transfer my bnb.exe file to this machine? If this is not a good course of
action, what might I try next. Calling tech support has not been practical
of late, as they appear to be understaffed. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Gayle
