Ok I just called the dealer with whomI do business and he also was carrying 
the mpo. Here is what I was told. If I wanted one, I would have to contact 
Elba to find out if they are still in production.
I have seen them they are very very thick which doesn't lend to putting them

in any pocket. They don't work with the network Verrizon uses, but use the 
GPRS mobile networks.
They seemed somewhat limited if memmory serves me and did  extremely basic 
note taking procedures and their biggest thing was the cell phone 
capabilities. One thing you had to use computer Braille to write the numbers

you were dialing and they required use of a head set if you didn't use the 
speaker phone.
But hold onto your hats because I am told Motorola is coming out with a 
completely accessable phone sometime in the Spring.
