Hello, Sarai,
Throw that worthless Magellen out. They never work good and are hopelessly behind the rest of the GPS receivers. What is the best GPS receiver? Well, I like Garmin, but anything is better than Magellen.

cause your Magellan probably crashed. Mine did. I looked up the unit on the
internet and its no longer made, it only received 2 or 3 stars from users
and got bad reviews. They don't even use it now.

Hi:
I've got a Magellen GPS, running version 3 on a Braillenote BT32 running
keysoft 5.1. When we start up the GPS, it says, "getting fix," but it no
longer announces the number of satellites. The GPS still works and will
still locate points of interest and generate routes, but why won't it tell
us how many satellites are available? It used to always announce "good, 6
satellites" or some similar message.
