Hello Michele,

The problem could be that you have a faulty flashdisk.  Have you seen this
problem in other areas of KeySoft?  Generally, we do not recommend that
users leave their cards in the BrailleNote when resetting.

If you continue to experience this problem, I would be inclined to back up
your flashdisk and try starting over with a new email database to see
whether that resolves the problem you are experiencing.
