Hello sue and others on this list experiencing the problem mentioned in the
subject line:

This is a message to those of you experiencing this problem, reminding you
that we are researching this problem.  However, the problem we have is that
we need to be able to reproduce this problem internally or at least, get our
hands on a BrailleNote with this behaviour before we can act on this
software bug.  So far, efforts to reproduce this bug have been fruitless but
we'll keep trying to do what we can on this issue.

Until such time as we can do this, see if you can get rid of it by doing a
number of 456/JKL and normal resets.  I have personally heard that this has
been done but obviously we'd be interested in anything you had to do in a
particular order for example, to get rid of the message.

In all instances I've heard of so far, pressing enter is enough to get
around the message and use the Braillenote normally.
