My service is down, hope you get this eventually. My bn crashed again in the middle of me sending a message. First of all, spell checking. When you are finished with your email, when it says "ready to send" press N for no. Use the spacebar to go to the beginning of your email, press dots 1-6 with spacebar. Press space for reviewing the whole document, then press enter. It will give you all the words it doesn't understand. Press the help menu, and follow the prompt. Question two: If you want a different folder other than email stuff, when you're ready to move it, give it a folder name. It will say, "folder does not exist, create a new folder?" Press Y for yes.
