In the KeyList folder of the Flash Disk, you should have one definition file
for the Address List database, and if you view hidden files, you will also see
the definition file for the Web browser history and the .cdb files which store
the database records for the E-Mail Folders, Directory of Services, Address
List, and Web browser history databases. In the KeyMail folder, you'll find
the definition files for the E-Mail Folders and Directory of Services
databases. Definition files for customized databases should be stored in the
KeyList folder of the Flash Disk. Copies of the DDF files for the
factory-installed databases are burned into the KeySoft System Disk.

There are two locations to free database space, one in the Set-Up Options
submenu of KeyMail to free the e-mail database, and one in the Set-Up Options
submenu of KeyList which frees the database space of the database currently
selected in the "Select KeyList File" option of the Set-Up Options submenu of
KeyList. Before v5.1, the "Free database space" option of KeyList was found
right from the KeyList Menu.

With the older database structure (before v4), the records of the E-Mail
Folders, Directory of Services, and Address List databases were stored in the
KeyList.cdb file in the KeyList folder of the Flash Disk, and one definition
file, KeyList.klt, found in the KeyList folder of the Flash Disk (also burned
into the KS Disk), governed them.
