Roadrunner?

I have the phone numbers but not sure about the following:

What should be the "Service Username"
What should the "Service Password"
Use software compression y/n
Use IP HEADER COMPRESSION
Use IP header compression: y/n
Log onto network: y/n
Wait for dail tone: y/n
Obtain an IP address automatically: y/n
Use a proxy server for this connection: (not using a proxy)

Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.
