Kim, How much space do you have on your flash and system disk? My Braillenote 32 with 48 mb flash disk will get sluggish when over 28 mb gets filled. And the Keysoft system disk will run into trouble when more than 3 of the 8 mb gets filled. As a first step in stopping the freezing, Try to free up as much space on these two disks as you can. Put as much data as you can on compact flash disk. Also free your Keymail and your Address book database space. Chances are very good that by freeing space, you will see a dramatic improvement in the performence of the Braillenote, including no more freezing. Of course, if after that, the problem is still there, your best bet is to contact technical support.
