I have to tell the list how absolutely solid this Braille Note is. Yesterday, I was using the gps and did not listen to my dog guide and fell into a hole which they were drilling in one of the streets we walk. Well, the hole wasn't deep but it was wide. Anyway I mentioned this on the gps list but my case is very stretched out so the Braille Note fell out and was dangling by the cable which connects the gps receiver to the machine. I thought since Ihave a qwerty model, I'd be picking up keys and cells to a Braille Display but certainly not. It is working like a charm but I need to know what to do about this case situation. I called Sales to find out if there was a different kind of case I could get for it.They told me that the only kind of case was the kind which came with the Braille Note. Anyway have any of you folks had something like this? Do any of you have a different type of case from say aluggage store? I need something which I can use the bn open. My thought right now is to get some velcro and glue one part to the inside of the case and the other part to the bottom of the Braille Note as I don't want to drill into it myself. What if any are some of your ideas on this?Oh another thing I have been tossing around with regard to the accessory pouch, the ears on mine come loose and flap around. This drives me crazy and my thought is to go to a shoe repair shop if I can find one and have about 2 or 3 inches of nylon with a clip on the end sewn to the ends of these little straps to clip into the loops which hold the strap. You have to remember this thing has taken quite a beating over the last couple of years with all kinds of airlines people rooding around in it and I hate like heck to not be able to take the thing places but I need some other type of case. Anyway a further question, is Pdi considering a redesign of the case or is this going to stay the same just as the Big Braille Note will except for the 6.1 upgrade?
