Hello Albert,

Regarding your CHK files, there is no point in backing these up. If you get
this message occurring frequently, along with the creation of CHK files, you
should have the flash disk checked if possible.

Regarding the freeing up of database space, the length of this process is
determined to a large extent on how much space needs to be freed.

As far as the KeyList problem is concerned, I first would recommend that you
try reinstalling Keysoft, otherwise the deletion of the KeyList.cdb file in
the keylist folder on the flash disk may be necessary. I say this as there
is a possibility that the cdb file has been corrupted. Unfortunately, if
you have to delete the cdb file, you will lose all keyList data.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille note "BNBT" questions

Hello PDI and Listers:
I have several problems I need help with.
First, I keep getting the following message: "Flash Disk error: there are 58
lost clusters in 58 chains. they will be saved in one or more filennnn.chk
files in the Flash Disk folder. Do you want this problem automatically
repaired now? This has been automatically replied to with yes"--How do I get
rid of those files?
2nd, How long should it take for the freeing of database space process to
take?
3rd When ever I go into"address list's keylist menu lookup address my unit
locks up and must be reset. What to do?
Thanks for all information,
I am,
Cordially
