Hi Karen,

I've changed the subject line to be relevant. Compatibility mode is a
setting from within the utilities menu, I think perhaps under
miscellaneous, I cannot check at present, which when turned on, is said
to make certain commands corroborate with that of other note takers, but
if it's turned on, the block commands could only be entered with dots 23
with enter and not with dots 12 with space, which is the case when
compatibility mode is turned off. When my keysoft 5 and 5.1 was
installed, the default setting was to on, but I turn it off, as the dots
23 with enter block command, clashes with web browser commands and one
therefore cannot use the block function on the web, when compatibility
mode is turned on.

Hello Riana and all!

Riana, thank you for that suggestion regarding signatures on email
messages!
I appreciate that. It's so wonderful to have this list, so we can all
give
each other suggestions. My question is: What is compatibility mode?
Thanks!

With a smile,
Karen
