Hi, Tessa:
In answer to your second question, from Main Menu, press F, then P. You
will see "protect file on which drive"? Once you have the drive, press Enter.
Then, you will see "file name"? At that point, press Shift with 8. You will
see "multiple-character wild card". Press Enter. You will see "protect or
unprotect"? Press U. All of your files are now unprotected. After you make
your changes, you can go back and protect them again in the same way, just
press P.
As far as your first question, I'd probably give as much information as
necessary so you don't have to scroll down. I'd probably just put in "clar".
It's easier than scrolling down through a large list. Good luck!
