Hello!

It seems to me I dealt with this problem a few months ago! You are working with a microsoft Word File which was created from a newer version of MSW and the BN cannot work with files from the newer version of that program. Hopefully this will be solved in the newer upgrade. Meanwhile, you might be able to save the file in an older version or format of the file in your word program. That may be an option. If you have one of the scanning programs as Openbook 7.0 or Kursweil 1000 or later, you may be able to convert your word file to a .rtf file. This should work in your BN. I did this to my problem file and everything read just fine! The trick was to delete the other file out of the BN. I don't recall how I did that but I think I erased or deleted the file from the file manager. Once that is done, you can put in the .rtf file.
