Did you get the card locally David or overthe web? I don't know if my friend's quite ready to do online stuff with the pk, but I've been trying to help her when I can so figured someone out there is or at least has tried the pk with a dial up modem. Glad you got it going which is mostly what i wante to know if it's possible. ----- Original Message ----- From: "David Egan" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Braillenote List" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, March 24, 2005 7:36 AM Subject: re: [Braillenote] dial up modems for the pocket bn

The difficulty I originally had was with the connection configuration that was non- existant in my options menu. It had to be copied from the Keysoft System disk. Issac and Dean were helpful with resolving that issue. > > For wireless connection I am using a SanDisc cf 128 memory card that I purchased from a local retail store. It works, but does have glitches. I'd go with one of the PDI suggested cards if I were to purchase another card. > > > ----- Original Message ----- > >From: tina <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To: Braillenote Bnlist < [email protected] > >Date: Wed, 23 Mar 2005 18:53:34 -0800 > >Subject: [Braillenote] dial up modems for the pocket bn > > >Hi.
