Yes, I had the problem with the serial number. I think it is "bug". I saw there are 3 different numbers. At first I tried to access there with 16 digits (3 factors) but no luck. then I tried 12 digits (2 factors) but no luck again. Then I tried 6 digits (first factor) then successful.
My guess forst factor is necessary but ignore next factors. Remember I am very new user of PK. I have so many frustrations with the services but I still love my PK.
