Lisa,
Use the Change Grade Of Block option in the Block Menu, to convert your entire
e-mail message to computer Braille, before sending the message. This will read
correctly in Braille, refreshable Braille display, ink-print, and voice. I am
happy to receive your test writings off list, and give you feedback.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger

>Hi Listers,
>Okay I know how to insert files into emails. I would like to insert a file
>into an email and have it look nice for people who are sighted and for people
>who are blind or visually impaired. I'm planning to send it out to several
>people to get their feedback. I have tried sending it as a text file but
>people say it shows up in computer Braille like the question marks look like
>th. What I have been doing is the file is originally a keyword Braille file.
>So when I'm done writing in it I save it as a text keyword file. How can I
>make this easier? I would like people to be able to respond to the questions
>directly in the email message. What this is if anyone is curious is I am
>working on creating these riddles for people who are learning Braille to
>remember the dot configurations of the letters and the contractions. I just
>cannot figure out how to make this look nice. I would like it to look nice
>for those people who use Braille displays and look nice for those people who!
> either use screen readers and people who just read from their monitors.
> They don't need to be formatted like a college paper or anything. Lots of

>I would be happy to try and send some here for a trial run but seems
>inappropriate and wasting the list's space.
