mary ellen, I tried to tell Lisa Ehlers this the other day. It's always wise to have a Pc to assist with the braillenote in my opinion. I downloaded the mail once with my bn and I had only thirty three messages in it and it got stuck on number twenty seven! I gave up after that one. Isaac
