Use the File Manager>Translation Menu>Export File option. In other words, from
the Main Menu, type F for the File Manager, followed by T for the Translation
Menu, followed by E for the "Export File" option. Select the location of the
KeyWord files you wish to export in the usual way, and at the "File Name?"
prompt, you can type a character combination which all the files you wish to
export share followed by the single-character (?) or multiple-character (*)
wild cards; in other words, the single-character wild card is [Computer Braille
question mark, or SPACE with dots 2-3-6], [SHIFT with /], and the
multiple-character wild card is [Computer Braille asterisk, or SPACE with dots
3-5], [SHIFT with 8]. For all files in a folder, just type a
multiple-character wild card at the "File Name?" prompt. Once you've entered
the character combination, hit ENTER. You'll be prompted "Export to which
device?". If this is the first time you've used the feature, you won't be
offered any option, but if you've used it before, you'll be offered the last
option used; the options here are "Serial" or "File", so if you want to select
"File", press F, or if it's offered, just tap ENTER to accept. Then, you'll be
asked "Export to which file type?", so cycle through the available types with
[SPACE with dots 3-4], [CONTROL with SPACE] until you reach "Plain Braille File
(brf)", and tap ENTER. Choose a location into which the exported files will be
stored, and once you've selected it, you'll be told how many files were
exported upon completion of the process and returned to the Translation Menu.
You can only select files in one folder at a time, so you'll have to repeat the
process for files in different folders.

HTH,
Maria
