I wasn't sure Rhonda's answers addressed the question you were asking. As
I understood the situation, you had no trouble getting to the directory you
wished to erase; but the directory appeared to be empty, whereas Keysoft
reported that is was not. When in the directory you wished to erase, did
you press space with the letter x twice in order to have the directory
listing include all files and not just Keysoft files? By default, the
directory listings in Keysoft show only Keysoft files. But there may be
non-Keysoft files (such as .txt files, .doc files, .brf files, and so on)
in the directory. To get an inclusive listing, at the filename prompt
press space with x until the response says something like "show all
including hidden files". Once you have such a response, then do whatever
you usually do to look at the file list in a directory. The list should
now show you the non-Keysoft file or files which you have to clear out
before Keysoft will consider the directory to be empty and allow you to
erase it.
If Rhonda was right on and it was I who missed the point of your question,
then my apologies for taking up your time. But in any event, have a great day.

Hi.
I tried to erase a old back up folder from a compact flash card and was
told I could not because "The directory is not empty" but when I went to
the folder, there were no files there.
What am I missing?
Thanks
