Hello Shane,

To resolve the problem you are experiencing, try one of the following in
order:

1. In case somehow the file has been opened and not closed and a sharing
violation is causing the problem, do an ordinary reset and try again.
2. Check that the file "user dictionary.kwt" is not write-protected. If it
is protected, unprotect it and try again. This would be done through the
file protection option in the file manager.
3. You say the user dictionary file is empty, so try deleting it and try to
add words again. The file should be created.
4. If you have a user dictionary you don't want to lose and it is not
working, perhaps the format of the file needs checking in which case, it may
be a good idea to send the file to us.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Subject: [Braillenote] Problems with the spell checker and the
userdictionary.

> Hello, listers. I began having a problem about an hour ago with the spell
checker. It seems that, whenever I do a spell

until I exit to the Main Menu. When I go back into

it would seem as if my words are being deleted

checked the size of the user diccionary file, and it
