Hi Peggy, I don't know if these are new noises or not, but awhile ago someone showed me how to access all of the different sounds on the Braillenote (by the way I'm still stuck with version 4.01 so these sounds are not new in the least). If you go to the file manager menu, then directory and open the windows folder (I forget what drive it's on and then press space with x when it prompts you for a filename, it will say something like "List of all, including hidden, files in windows folder". If you press enter on the .wav files, you will hear all kinds of oserational sounds, many of which I had never heard before (it's probably because I don't use all of the programs which use these sounds). Anyway, I don't know if they have added new sounds in the revision but I just thought this was kind of interesting.
