Braille embossers are fairly plain vanilla when it comes to how they
interact with PCs and other devices. The Braillenote is more like to
work with a Braille embosser than it is to work with a printer. There
are a lot of printers the Braillenote will work with, however there are
even more that it will not.

I have used my BN with both a Braille Blazer and a Juliet Pro, with no
problems at all; the only change I had to make when switching from one
to the other was line length. It's one of the reasons I love my
BrailleNote, among many.

the BN which asks you to set embosser type. I haven't read embosser
compatibility problems on the list, so I'm assuming it's compatible with
a variety. Perhaps those who use their BN with an embosser can provide
you with a more specific type.
