Put your cursor at the bottom of the file, and press [SPACE with B], [CONTROL 
with B] for the Block Commands Menu, then I for "Insert File".  Follow the 
procedure you outlined in this e-mail.  Note that, for this command, the first 
view of files you are presented with is the list of text documents, so to see 
all files, you will have to press [SPACE with X], [READ with X] to get to that 
view.  At the "File name?" prompt, you would press SPACE once to get the list 
of text documents, and from the "List of text documents" prompt, you would 
press the [SPACE with X], [READ with X] command until you got the "List of all 
files" view.
