Hi Marianne,

I probably should have included this in my previous message.

When you find your network and press enter it will often say new visible
network and this is fine. It may even do this when you try to connect to it in
the
future. Sometimes it won't say it though for some reason.

Anyway, when the connection starts you should get a prompt saying "connecting
to" followed by the name of your network configuration.

This will usually come after a "please wait" message which can last several
seconds.

The connecting message can also last several seconds as the router and bn are
attempting to establish the connection.

After several seconds, if all is well, you should see a message like "connected
to" followed by configuration name.

Once you see the "connected to" message you're in.

Then, wait a couple seconds (not sure if it's really necessary but I do it
anyway), and then escape back to the main menu.

The first time I'd just try connecting to the internet as that's the most
straightforward. Just hit i from the main menu and then enter to see if you
can commect
to www.pulsedata.com which is the default.

You'll be asked which connection to use and make sure you select the
configuration name of your wireless configuration and hit enter. After tat
first time,
this will show as the default connection each time you do connect until you
select a different configuration.

Finally you should see the pulsedata page in a few seconds.

Hope this gives you a better idea of what you should be looking for when you
try to connect.

I have Braillenote BT version 6.11 build 26. I purchased a Cisco Aironet 350
card. I put it in, went to options, to connectivity, to wireless and had
it scan for our network at home. It found the network. Every time I hit enter
It says the operation was completed successfully but I cannot go any further.
An email from Don suggested disabling all security on the router which we did
and the same thing keeps happening. It is now telling me there is a new
visible network. Does anyone have any suggestions?
